To start this off – I’ve included my first video posting. Anyone else not a fan of their own voice?

I have been going to Physiotherapy with the goal to maximize mobility and engage all the muscles which were sent into shock from the force of the injury. The muscles around my knee completed turned off. Immediately following my injury, I was stuck on the couch.. eating T3s and attempting to stay positive.

Acupuncture and massage quickly lowered the swelling and increased the mobility of the joint. As we waited for the MRI we assumed the worst, the entire knee was destroyed… ligaments, tendons, cartilage.

The MRI results were much more optimistic:
